General & Notifications
Change your theme, organization timezone, and notification preferences.
Preferences Menu
The Settings sidebar has two related pages:
- General - Appearance and organization-wide date and time defaults.
- Notifications - Personal and organization notification preferences.
General
Open Settings > General.
Appearance
Choose how ReplyLa looks:
- Light - Light background and dark text.
- Dark - Dark background and light text.
- System - Follow the theme used by your device.
The appearance choice is saved to the current browser and does not change your teammates' screens.
Organization Date and Time
The organization owner can select the organization's timezone. ReplyLa uses it for supported date and time variables in Blaster templates, including system time and greeting variables.
Switch organizations first if you need to edit a different workspace.
Notifications
Open Settings > Notifications.
All supported events continue to appear in the notification bell. The page lets you control other delivery channels for:
- Your account - Personal notifications that are independent of a workspace.
- Current organization - Workspace alerts such as channel health, billing, and activity, when you are eligible to manage them.
Organization alerts may be restricted to the organization owner.
If an option is not shown, it may be always enabled in the notification bell or managed by the organization owner.
