Go Live

Turn on your chatbot and let it start replying to customers on WhatsApp.

Ready to Go Live?

This is the final step! After training and testing your AI, you just need to make sure everything is switched on. Once active, your chatbot will automatically reply to incoming WhatsApp messages.

Before You Start

  • You have tested your chatbot in the Playground (completed Step 5).
  • Your WhatsApp device is connected (status shows "Connected" in green).

How To Go Live

  1. Click Chatbot on the left sidebar.
  2. Click on your chatbot name.
  3. Go to General Settings in the chatbot menu.
  4. Make sure:
    • Chatbot Status is toggled ON (active).
    • Device is linked to your connected WhatsApp number.
  5. Click Save if you made any changes.

That's it! Your chatbot is now live.

Troubleshooting

ProblemSolution
Bot not replyingCheck that the device status is "Connected" and the chatbot is active.
Wrong answersUpdate your Training Data with the correct information.
Bot replying in wrong languageAdd a language instruction in AI Behaviour (e.g., "Always reply in Bahasa Malaysia").
Replies are too slowThis is normal for the first few messages. Speed improves over time.
