Open the Campaign Wizard

Go to Blaster and click Create Campaign. The wizard has:

1. Recipients - Campaign name and audience.
2. Device & template - Sending device, approved template, and variables.
3. Review & send - Final review, send time, and confirmation.

Step 1: Recipients

Enter a campaign name, then choose one audience source:

• Previous audience - Reuse an audience saved from an earlier campaign.
• Filter contacts - Select contacts and apply advanced rules for labels, channels, campaign history, dates, and custom fields.
• Upload a file - Upload CSV, XLS, XLSX, or TXT. The phone column is required; other columns can be used as template variables.
• Paste phone numbers - Paste one number per line and process the list.

Upload and paste flows report valid, duplicate, and invalid rows. They can also import new numbers into Contacts when you enable that option.

Step 2: Device & Template

1. Select the WhatsApp device that will send the campaign.
2. Select an approved message template available for that device.
3. Bind every required template variable to:
   • An audience or contact field.
   • An uploaded column.
   • A supported system or custom variable.
   • A fixed value.
4. Review the message preview.

You cannot continue until the device, template, and required bindings are valid.

Step 3: Review & Send

Review the campaign summary, recipient count, selected device, template, bindings, and message preview.

Then choose:

• Send now - Start processing after confirmation.
• Schedule - Pick a future date and time.
• Save as draft - Keep the campaign without sending.
