Blaster

What Is Blaster?
Blaster lets you send WhatsApp broadcast messages to many contacts at once. Think of it like an email blast, but for WhatsApp. Got a Raya promotion? New product launch? Order follow-up for 500 customers? Blaster handles it.
Your messages go through official WhatsApp channels - no funny business, no risk of getting banned.
Before You Start
Before you can send a blast, two things need to be set up:
- A connected device - Your WhatsApp Business number must be linked to ReplyLa. See Connect a Device.
- An approved message template - WhatsApp requires all broadcast messages to use a template that's been approved by Meta. See Templates Overview for how to create and submit one.
Without both, you won't be able to send a blast - the Create Campaign flow will block at the Device & template step.
What It Costs
Every message sent through Blaster is a business-initiated template message, and Meta charges a per-message fee for each one. Rates depend on the template category (Marketing is highest, Utility is lower, Authentication is lowest) and your country.
These charges are billed by Meta directly, not by ReplyLa. ReplyLa does not add a markup on per-message fees.
For a full explanation of pricing and the 24-hour conversation window, see the Pricing page.
Blaster Dashboard
When you open Blaster from the sidebar, you'll see a list of all your blast campaigns. Each campaign shows:
- Campaign name - e.g., "Raya Promo Blast 2026" or "VIP Exclusive Offer".
- Status - Where the campaign is in its lifecycle.
- Progress bar - Visual indicator of how many messages have been sent.
- Delivered / Read / Failed counts - Quick metrics at a glance.
- Created date - When the campaign was created.
Use the filters at the top to narrow by status or channel.
