Dashboard at a Glance

When you open Blaster from the sidebar, the top of the page shows four summary cards covering your overall sending activity:

CardWhat It Shows
Campaigns sentTotal number of campaigns you've sent
Messages deliveredTotal messages successfully delivered across all campaigns
Delivery ratePercentage of messages delivered out of all messages sent
Read ratePercentage of delivered messages that were read

Each card also shows a comparison to your prior period (e.g., "new activity" or "no prior data" if you haven't sent anything yet).

Filters

Below the summary cards, three filters help you narrow down the campaign list:

  • All statuses - Filter by campaign status (Draft, Processing, Completed, Failed, etc.).
  • All devices - Show campaigns sent from a specific connected WhatsApp number.
  • Created: Any time - Filter by the date the campaign was created.

The total number of campaigns matching your filter is shown on the right (e.g., "12 campaign(s)").

Campaign Table

Each row in the table represents one campaign. Columns:

Click the small arrows next to Campaign, Status, or Scheduled to sort the table.

Viewing Campaign Results

Click on any campaign in the table to open the full breakdown. You'll see:

  • Total messages sent - How many messages went out.
  • Delivered - Successfully delivered to the contact's phone.
  • Read - The contact opened and read the message.
  • Failed - Messages that couldn't be delivered.

Each contact in the campaign is listed with their individual delivery status, so you can see exactly who received your message and who didn't.

Campaign Analytics

The campaign details give you a high-level picture of how your campaign performed:

MetricWhat It Tells You
Delivery RatePercentage of messages successfully delivered out of total sent.
Read RatePercentage of delivered messages that were actually read.
Failure RatePercentage of messages that failed to deliver.
A healthy campaign typically has a delivery rate above 90%. If your failure rate is high, check for invalid phone numbers or contacts who may have blocked your number.

Resend to Failed

Sometimes messages fail for temporary reasons - the contact's phone was off, network issues, etc. Instead of creating a whole new campaign, you can resend to failed contacts directly from the campaign details.

  1. Open the completed campaign.
  2. Look for the failed contacts section.
  3. Click Resend to Failed (or similar).
  4. The system will attempt to deliver the same message again to those contacts.
If a contact's number is invalid or they've blocked you, resending won't help. Clean up your contact list regularly to keep failure rates low.

Reply Detection

When contacts receive your blast and reply, their replies show up in your Inbox just like any other conversation. Here's how it works:

  • Replies are linked - ReplyLa knows the reply came from a blast recipient, so you have full context.
  • AI Reply handles it - If you have AI Reply enabled on your chatbot, it automatically responds to incoming replies from blast recipients.
  • Manual handling - If AI Reply is off, the reply appears in your Inbox for your team to handle manually.

This means Blaster isn't just a one-way megaphone - it's the start of a two-way conversation. Send a promo blast, and when customers reply with "Berapa harga?", your AI can handle the response instantly.
