Dashboard Overview
Your business overview at a glance - conversations, messages, AI performance, and setup progress.
What Is the Dashboard?
The Dashboard is the first page you see after logging in. It combines account activity, setup progress, tutorials, and subscription information in one place.
Dashboard Tabs
Use the tabs at the top to change the dashboard view:
- Overview - Your overall conversations and message activity.
- Chatbots - AI reply activity and chatbot performance.
- Blaster - Broadcast reach and outbound campaign activity.
The chart and its labels change with the selected tab.
Main Statistics
The Overview tab shows:
- Total Conversations - Customer conversations recorded in ReplyLa.
- Messages This Month - Messages handled during the current month.
- AI Reply Rate - The percentage of outbound replies sent by AI.
Use the period selector on the chart to review activity over different time ranges.
Get Started
The setup checklist guides you through three main steps:
- Connect Device - Link a WhatsApp number.
- Build your Chatbot - Add training and configure AI replies.
- Start Blasting - Create your first broadcast campaign.
Completed steps are marked so you can see what remains.
Tutorials and Useful Links
The Dashboard also includes:
- More Tutorials - Shortcuts to common tasks such as testing your AI, managing conversations, and linking pages.
- Setup Progress - A summary of completed onboarding steps.
- Important Links - Direct access to useful parts of ReplyLa.
- Account Cards - Your plan, token balance, storage, and team usage.
- Referral Card - Your referral link and referral-program shortcut.
Use the tabs and chart period together. For example, open Chatbots to review AI replies, then switch the period to compare recent performance.
Common Questions
There is no single target for every business. A lower rate may be expected when your team handles many conversations manually. Use AI Feedback and AI Knowledge to improve answers that should have been automated.
The charts fill as your connected devices receive messages, your chatbots reply, and your campaigns run. Complete the Get Started steps first if the account is new.
