Apa Itu File Manager?

File Manager ialah shared media library organisasi anda. File boleh dipilih dalam feature ReplyLa yang disokong seperti keyword sequence, template, dan conversation.

Cari dan Tengok File

Guna search field untuk cari ikut nama. File list tunjuk type, size, upload info, dan action yang ada.

Bergantung pada file type, anda boleh:

• Preview dalam ReplyLa.
• Download.
• Copy file link.
• Buka details.
• Pilih satu atau beberapa file untuk delete.

Upload File

1. Klik Upload File.
2. Pilih satu atau beberapa file.
3. Pilih folder atau masukkan folder name jika perlu.
4. Masukkan optional file details.
5. Mulakan upload dan tengok progress setiap file.

Maximum size dan category yang dibenarkan ikut plan dan akan dipaparkan dalam upload dialog.

Susun dengan Folder

ReplyLa ada common folder seperti Image, Documents, Apps, dan Downloads. Anda juga boleh:

• Create custom folder.
• Buka folder untuk filter file.
• Rename custom folder.
• Delete folder.
• Pilih sama ada file dalam folder turut dipadam; kalau tidak, file dipindah ke root.

Storage Usage

Storage panel tunjuk:

• Used dan remaining storage.
• Total storage quota.
• Usage percentage.
• Storage ikut common folder atau file category.

Quota bergantung pada active subscription dan storage add-on.

Category yang Disokong

ReplyLa support file category yang dibenarkan oleh plan:

• Image.
• Video.
• Audio.
• Document, termasuk common PDF, Office, text, dan CSV format.

Upload dialog ialah source of truth untuk file type yang tersedia pada plan semasa.
